We provide the facilities, resources, and educational programing that fosters a collaborative creation and enhancement of economic opportunities while improving social conditions. At Forward, members address problems facing communities such as displacement from gentrification, affordable housing, health disparities, environmental issues, unemployment, poverty, inequality, drug use and financial, political, and digital literacy. Tools made available include a space for collaborate project work and classes, computers, sewing machines, VR/AR equipment, 3D printers, videography/photography tools, and more.
